Job duties:
• Read and understand blueprints or technical drawings and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures
• Preform measurement and mark guidelines for the purpose of proper installations
• Prefabricate cabinets, doors, cupboards, and other necessary parts; assemble the parts using hand and power tools
• Install and/or repair cabinets, doors, cupboards, and other millwork components for residential and commercial properties
• Follow safety guidelines and clean the job site
Experience and Education requirements:
• Completion of secondary school education is required
• On-the-job training and several months of related installing, repairing or servicing experience are required
• Cabinet and door installation experience preferred
