Permanent Position: Accounts Payable Analyst (NOC # 12011)

Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible.
Wage Rate: $33.25/hourly for 30 hours a week
Job Location: 13376 Comber Way, Surrey, BC V3W 5V9.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Morning, Day, and overtime, if required.
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
Language: English.
Job Duties:
• Prepare and submit reports
• Ensure smooth operation of equipment
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail.
Personal Suitability: Accurate, Efficient interpersonal skills, Organized, Reliability.
