FEI express is a courier services company and a designated retailer for UPS and SF Express founded in 2018. We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Shippers and Receivers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Main job responsibilities:
•Determining the method of shipment
•Scheduling distribution of goods and transportation conveyances
•Preparing bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents
•Assembling containers and crates
•Inspecting and verifying incoming goods against invoices or other documents
•Maintaining an internal record-keeping system
•Recording shortages and rejecting damaged goods
•Routing goods to appropriate storage areas
•Packing goods to be shipped and unpacking goods received
•Affixing identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments
•Overseeing the loading and unloading of goods
•Supervising material handlers and helpers
•Paying and receiving payments for goods
Qualifications:
•Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
•Experience: 1-2 years of experience will be an asset, but willing to train applicant if experience lacking
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments
•Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
