Tomato Produce provides one stop shop for organic produced fruits and vegetables delivered straight from the farm to right at the customers’ doorstep. It also provides procurement management services for restaurants, digitizes the supply chain from the source at the lowest cost, and places orders, warehousing, logistics, and financial management from a higher level We are now looking for an experienced Marketing Vice-President to help with our business needs.

Job Summary:
The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, increase brand awareness, and support the company’s overall objectives. The primary role of the Vice President of Marketing is to lead and manage sales activities to achieve corporate goals. As a member of the Executive Management Team, this role participates in and contributes to the company's overall strategic direction. This position reports to the President.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high performance
• Oversee the development of creative campaigns, digital marketing strategies, and content marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies as necessary.
• Drive brand awareness and lead-generation efforts through various channels, including social media, email marketing.
• Serve as a point person, coordinate with other major departments across the company
• Initiate sales plans and strategies to sell our suite of products to enterprise, and medium sized business by gaining a clear understanding of the customer’s businesses and requirements
• Nurture and cultivate existing accounts- ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing customer needs. Continuously strive to become a more strategic technology suppliers for existing accounts
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
• Make crucial creative choices in a timely manner to meet multiple deadlines.
• Manage department capital and operating budgets, including resolving issues related to production budgets.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and B2B industry.
• Solid understanding of brand, digital/web/app/social media and integrating multi-media advertising methods and strategies
• Demonstrate strong written, verbal and presentation and communication skills
• Several years of experience as a middle manager in trade, broadcasting or other services are usually required.
• Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and analytics.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
