Hiring: Chef (NOC 62200)
Responsibilities:
- Direct the culinary team in food preparation and presentation.
- Engage with clients for special event planning, ensuring menu satisfaction.
- Innovate and design diverse menus, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Lead recruitment efforts in the kitchen, nurturing talent and skills.
- Predict food requirements, optimizing expenses related to food and labor.
- Mentor junior chefs, cooks, and culinary staff, ensuring they adhere to restaurant standards.
- Coordinate for any equipment maintenance or acquisition as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven culinary experience.
- Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine.
- Creativity in menu creation.
- Leadership and team management skills.
Permanent Full-time position.
Pay: $21 per hour; 40 hours per week.
