Hiring: Cook (NOC 63200)
Responsibilities:
- Execute recipes, ensuring consistency and taste across all dishes.
- Supervise kitchen assistants, delegating tasks efficiently.
- Oversee daily kitchen activities, ensuring a streamlined operation.
- Manage inventory, ensuring ingredients are fresh and available.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, following strict hygiene standards.
- Contribute to buffet and banquet preparations when required.
- Participate in training sessions, enhancing culinary skills and techniques.
Requirements:
- Previous cooking experience, preferably in Chinese cuisine.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Permanent Full-time position.
Pay: $18 per hour; 40 hours per week.
