Main job responsibilities
Manage warehouse operations from space planning, storage, shipping, receiving and distributing, ensure the warehouse is highly organized;
Lead, supervise and dispatch warehouse workers to ensure collaborative and efficient work;
Ensure all policies and procedures for health, safety and security measures are followed, and advice on the regulation improvement;
Train and schedule workers in job duties including locating orders, receiving shipments, packing goods, shipping orders, etc.
Participate in managing and conducting performance reviews of supervised workers;
Resolve related order problems and customer complaints, and implement corrective measures and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction;
Requisition and participate in the purchasing of supplies and materials for such as shipments packaging and warehouse supplies.
Requirement
Minimum post-secondary education;
Ideally 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a warehouse or similar environment;
Strong leadership with good organizational skills to manage warehouse and motivate a team;
Proficient in problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills;Proven experience and good ability of working under pressure environment;
Willing to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment.
