Marka Cuisine Ltd., in partnership with Thaï Express, is currently seeking an experienced Cook to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about Thai food and dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Prepare and cook dishes as instructed by chef
- Train, schedule, and supervise kitchen staff
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Manage inventory and records of food, supplies and kitchen equipment
- Maintain clean kitchen and work area
- Uphold restaurant cleanliness requirements as to meet food safety standards
- Work with chef to plan menus, estimate food costs, and monitor and order supplies
Requirement:
- Post-Secondary certificate/diploma/degree or equivalent specialized culinary course
- 2 years experience as cook
