KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to, the following:
-Draft, input, revise, and proofread a variety of documents, such as correspondence, invoices, and reports from both dictation and handwritten sources.
-Organize and manage incoming mail and digital communications, ensuring smooth information flow within the company.
-Arrange and confirm meetings according to the directives given.
-Regularly monitor the inventory of office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for the company.
-Handle phone and electronic inquiries, forwarding messages as necessary.
-Develop and sustain manual and electronic filing systems for efficient data retrieval.
-Formulate and enforce office procedures to improve operational efficiency.
-Welcome and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
-Record meeting minutes and prepare related reports for clarification and dissemination.
-Organize travel arrangements and make reservations, while also providing training and guidance to office staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Completion of secondary school is required. A post-secondary education or higher is an asset.
-Minimum 1 year of clerical experience is required.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
-Team player with the ability to work independently.
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
