Celltronics Technology Inc. is seeking to hire an Office Administrator
Job Description:
We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented Office Administrator to assist our team with the administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
• Use a variety of software packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Organize office documents, bills, filing, and warehouse inventories
• Prepare packages and communicate with shipping companies including UPS/FedEx/Canada Post
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems
• Review RQ4 software regarding sales financials for each store
• Review inventory count and put in orders for new inventory
• Maintain contact with vendors
• Order supplies, uniforms, equipment, and etc as needed
• Assist customers and sales staff
• Co-ordinate with management, accounting, HR, and sales staff regarding operations
• Answer telephone and email enquiries and report to GM and management
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or College diploma
• 1 year or more of professional administrative experience
• Proficient with office software including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Able to work in a fast paced environment while meeting quality standards and deadlines
• Able to work in a team setting with all levels of colleagues, customers, and external contacts
• Excellent efficiency and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
• $32.00 / Hour, 35 hours per week
• 2 weeks paid vacation per year or 4%
• Location: 6-3871 North Fraser Way, Burnaby, BC, V5J 5G6
