Job Summary
Our construction company is seeking a Drywall Installer and Finisher Supervisor to lead and oversee drywall installers and finishers on various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of drywall installation and finishing, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Salary: $35 per hour
Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the daily activities of drywall installers and finishers.
• Ensure the timely and quality completion of drywall installation and finishing projects.
• Resolve work-related issues and recommend measures to improve productivity.
• Order materials and supplies when needed.
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations on job sites.
• Prepare progress reports and updates to project managers.
• Inspect work for adherence to specifications and quality standards.
Requirements:
• At least completion of secondary school.
• At least 2 years' experience as a drywall installer/finisher.
• In-depth knowledge of drywall installation and finishing processes, tools, and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• BC Trades certificate in Drywall Finisher is a strong asset.
