[ DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ]

-Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments to ensure a well-organized calendar.
-Serve as the primary point of contact by answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic inquiries promptly.
-Take charge of budget planning and control, overseeing expenditures to maintain fiscal responsibility.
-Spearhead the preparation of comprehensive reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all submissions.
-Skillfully manage contracts, fostering positive relationships and ensuring compliance with established agreements.
-Establish and implement policies and procedures to uphold organizational standards and efficiency.
-Assign, coordinate, and review various projects and programs to drive successful outcomes.
-Perform accurate data entry to support the maintenance of organized and up-to-date records.
-Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a customer oriented approach.
-Arrange and coordinate seminars and conferences, ensuring seamless execution and a positive participant experience.

[ REQUIREMENTS ]

High level of co-ordination and organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to establish and maintain strong, effective working relationships.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Working knowledge of software and computer operating systems (Windows, Microsoft
Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).

Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or above.

Experience:
Administration related college diploma/program certificate or at least 1-2 years working experience in an administrative role is required.
