Education: High School required
Experience: 2 - 3 years of relevant experience

Job Duties:
• Prepare work schedules of staff, daily paperwork and banking deposits, hire and train staff and monitor staff performance.
• Manage inventory of sales, stocks and wastage.
• Assist with planning of special events and promotions.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, Assist in the implementation of policies, procedures, and budgets.
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
• Implement price and credits policies.
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and address customers' complaints or concerns
Essential Skills: Working with others, problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, and continuous learning.
Working Condition: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure. The candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
