Job Summary:

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a results-driven Account Manager and Business Growth Strategist to oversee client relationships, drive business development, and support strategic growth initiatives.

Duties and responsibilities may include some or all of the following:

• Oversee and manage administrative and office support activities to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company policies.
• Supervise and coordinate office support staff in daily tasks related to generating leads, organizing business meetings, and maintaining client relationships.
• Develop and maintain processes for client engagement, ensuring accurate documentation of all client interactions and business opportunities in the company’s database (ATS).
• Evaluate and improve office workflows, recommending adjustments based on competitive activity, market trends, and internal performance metrics.
• Act as a liaison between administrative staff, sales partners, and management to ensure clear communication of business opportunities and strategic goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with business contacts, partners, and industry associations to promote client satisfaction and enhance the company’s reputation.
• Supervise the preparation and distribution of sales and activity reports, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry into ATS systems.
• Address operational challenges within administrative processes and proactively develop solutions aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead and participate in staff training and performance evaluations to meet organizational targets and ensure high-quality support for internal teams and external clients.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop new or existing business opportunities to align with company growth strategies.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

o Over 4 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales across various industries in the US and Canadian markets.
o Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and effective client acquisition.
o 1+ year of experience using advanced CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage client relationships, monitor sales performance, and deliver tailored solutions.
o Proficient in recruitment and ATS tools, including Bullhorn and Outreach.io, to support operational efficiency and technical talent placement.

• Strong understanding of IT-related industries, with the ability to identify emerging trends and develop actionable strategies to drive growth.
• Skilled in lead generation, team collaboration, and implementing targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Flexible and detail-oriented professional capable of thriving in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
