Roles and Responsibilities:
The Programmatic Account Manager is a vital member of our Toronto programmatic media team, with a mandate to design and activate world class programmatic media strategies with industry leading results to our clients’ businesses, foster strong relationships with existing clients, and ensure smooth communication flows. Working closely with our strategy, 360 media planning, creative, and analytic teams, you will drive innovation in strategy, testing, measurement, and operations. Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Create world class programmatic programs and strategies for top tier clients
- Lead programmatic process development and test and learn practices across accounts
- Be an expert in the demand side platform (DSP) space, building and managing relationships and setups across multiple DSPs, and developing and monitoring best practices for the company.
- Support 360 media planners in strategizing and creating effective programmatic-first media tactics to achieve client goals.
- Supervise a team of 2 programmatic specialists, ensuring their development and success.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through responsive communication and proactive engagement.
- Actively engage with various industry partners including publishers, DSPs, Ad exchanges, 3rd parties, and others as required.
- Work collaboratively with Cossette Media teams, including strategy, planning, creative, and performance & analytics teams to drive leads and achieve organizational goals.
- Actively participate in team meetings and initiatives.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, always striving to contribute to team success.
- Other duties as required.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree in Advertising, Business, Communications, Economics, Math, or Statistics
- 2+ years of programmatic trading work experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with demand side platforms (DSPs) and data management platforms (DMPs).
- At least one year of experience creating programmatic media strategies for major Banking/Insurance, Fast-moving Consumer Goods, Automobile, & Non-Profit clients.
Compensation
You will receive an annual salary of $70,000 or approximately $33.65/hour. You will be entitled to 15 vacation days and eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. You will also be eligible for discretionary salary increases, promotions and performance bonuses in accordance with Cossette Media policies.
