Specific Skills
• Oversee, organize, and plan the daily tasks of technicians responsible for repairing and maintaining mobile devices, electrical components, and related systems.
• Develop work schedules to ensure timely completion of repairs and coordinate tasks with other departments or external service providers as needed.
• Order necessary parts, tools, and supplies to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Identify and address technical issues or challenges in repair operations, providing solutions to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Train staff or facilitate skill development sessions to keep the team updated on the latest repair techniques and technologies.
• Handle staffing decisions, including hiring new team members, recommending promotions, and providing performance feedback.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing workplace safety standards and protocols.
• Prepare and maintain records on work progress, equipment status, and team performance.
• Oversee the shop's day-to-day operations alongside the shop manager or the owner, ensuring smooth and profitable functioning.
• Supervise and guide apprentices, junior staff, or helpers, ensuring they adhere to quality standards.
