Job Description:
Responsibilities
. Train, direct and motivate staff
. Train other workers
. Schedule and confirm appointments
. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
. Answer electronic enquiries
. Compile data, statistics and other information
. Respond to employee questions and complaints
. Order office supplies and maintain inventory
. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
. Provide customer service
. Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
Job Requirements:
• A minimum of Bachelors Degree Required.
• Previous Hotel experience in similar role required.
• English proficiency is an asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in all office organization duties, systems and procedures.
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational and planning skills is essential.

Salary: CAD$ 34.50/hour. Full-time permanent position at Hampton Inn, Brockville located at 290 Crocker Cres. Brockville, Ontario K6V 0E3.
