Job Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with Hello Tomato’s overall business goals and integration objectives, aiming to achieve short term and long term operational objectives of our business growth and key success.
-Formulate policies and programs and ensure regulatory compliance across all operational activities, including adherence to commerce laws, online shopping regulations, and food safety standards.
-Implement and maintain quality control processes and ensure the highest standards of service delivery, customer satisfaction, and efficient utilization of resources to maximize profitability.
-Monitor proper KPIs, implement robust performance tracking mechanisms, regularly analyze critical operational metrics, and take proactive measures to maximize performance and dedication.
-Design feedback loops with operations, continuously monitor and improve service quality, streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and minimize costs.
-Manage operational budgets and expenses and oversee the effective allocation of resources.
-Build a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation, and championing initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Employment Requirements:
Education:
-A minimum of a college diploma in engineering, business administration, commerce, or a related discipline is required.
Experience:
-A minimum of three years of work experience as a middle manager in goods production, utilities, transportation, or construction is required.
Skills:
-Proven track record of successfully managing internal operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
-Demonstrated experience driving operational excellence, process improvement, and cost optimization.
-Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align operational initiatives with organizational goals.
-Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
-An excellent collaborator and mentor with demonstrated success in building high-performance organizations and successfully leading change to optimize operations.
