Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist managers with administrative duties, such as communicating with suppliers and customers, preparing list of pricing of different automobile services, monitoring and overseeing sales procedures of automobile detailing services, etc.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, letters, and emails
- Assist managers with preparation of monthly reports, record invoices and other related materials
- Assist managers to establish and update office procedures
- Check and handle regular incoming mails and e-mails
- Answer incoming calls and convey messages to the appropriate staff, ensure smooth communications between different departments within the company
- Record, maintain and update electronic and paper files and other documents in the company's database
- Schedule automobile detailing services appointments for clients
- Organize and set up meetings; attend meetings, take minutes and make notes
- Greet walk-in or scheduled visitors, and direct visitors to the automobile detailing team or the appropriate staff
- Manage office supplies and place orders of stationery and office equipment
- Other administrative duties assigned by upper management

Requirements:
- At least 3 years work experience in administration related position
- Completion of bachelor degree
- Outstanding editing and proofreading skills
- Good knowledge and skills of computer, highly proficient with the use of Microsoft Office software
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well both in a team and independently
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
