Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English is required;
- A college diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce or economics is required;
- 1 year to less than 2 years of work experience as a purchasing clerk or as an administrative clerk is required;
- Having knowledge of traditional Japanese pastries is an asset.
Job duties:
- Be responsible for purchasing materials of all Neo Coffee Bar locations in GTA;
- Have a meeting with Store Manager at each location of Neo Coffee Bars in GTA on a regular basis;
- Work with Store Manager of each location of Neo Coffee Bar to ensure that each location has adequate stock of materials and supplies;
- Purchase general and specialized equipment and materials;
- Assess requirements of each location of Neo Coffee Bar to develop specifications for equipment, materials and supplies to be purchased;
- Develop specifications for equipment, materials and supplies to be purchased;
- Negotiate offers from suppliers;
- Review quotations;
- Determine contract terms and conditions;
- Award contracts to appropriate parties;
- Establish delivery schedules;
- Monitor progress of delivery schedules.
