Required Office Manager (TEER 13100):
We require an office manager for a busy dentistry office in Brampton.
Responsibilities and essential job functions are listed below:
• Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions;
• Maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement;
• Designing and implementing office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments;
• Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees;
• Keeping Owner informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; and identifying trends.
• Achieving financial objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; and initiating corrective actions; and
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Education, Skills and Experience:
• Completion of Secondary school required;
• 1-2 years record keeping and administrative experience;
• 6-12 months of office managing, or senior admin experience will be an asset;
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks/projects;
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and organizational skills; and
• Must be proficient in MS Office.
