Key Responsibilities:
• Installing and servicing flooring materials, including tiles, stone, and other materials, ensuring high standards of quality and precision.
• Coordinating with clients to determine specific installation requirements and providing expert advice on material selection and installation techniques.
• Measuring and marking surfaces to ensure precise alignment and installation of materials.
• Operating and maintaining specialized tools and equipment to cut, shape, and install materials accurately.
• Performing inspections to ensure that all installations meet building codes, safety regulations, and client expectations.
• Troubleshooting and addressing any issues that arise during installation, providing effective solutions to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Working collaboratively with team members and other contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in tile, stone, or flooring installation.
• Skills: Proficiency in operating specialized tools and equipment for cutting and shaping materials.
• Knowledge: Secondary school education is an asset.
• Precision: Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively during installations.
• Physical Fitness: Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various environments.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, reliable, and committed to meeting project deadlines.
