Position: Technical Support Analyst (NOC 22221)
Job Type: full-time, permanent
Salary: $35/hour
Working hours: approximately 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Location: 17 Enterprise Ave., Unit 1, Nepean, ON K2G 0A7

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with Granstone employees to provide assistance with technical issues and troubleshoot problems related to computer hardware and software
• Offer remote technical support to clients utilizing our custom design services through online tools
• Support the investigation of technical issues, document incidents, and escalate unresolved problems when necessary
• Assist with the installation, maintenance, and support of hardware and software, including managing user accounts for the company’s SaaS applications
• Help oversee user account management and subscriptions for licensed software
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
• Provide suggestions or recommendations for improving subscribed software or online tools to minimize technical issues and enhance the quality of service offered to clients
Requirements:
A college diploma or higher in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related discipline
2 to 3 years of experience providing technical support is required.
Experience in the construction or decoration industry is an asset
Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach, demonstrating respect and attention to detail
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to effectively prioritize tasks, handle multiple issues concurrently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
A team-oriented individual who thrives in collaborative settings
Flexibility to occasionally work a few hours during evenings or weekends to support clients as needed, ensuring availability 7 days a week
