We are now hiring a marketing coordinator at our office who will play a vital role in attracting and retaining customers, promoting travel services and destinations, and driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote travel packages, deals, and destinations based on the characteristics of travel packages and plans. This includes creating compelling content for digital and traditional marketing channels such as social media, email newsletters, print ads, and online banners.
2. Work closely with travel clerks and write engaging travel-related content for the agency's website, blog, and social media platforms. This could include destination guides, travel tips, itinerary suggestions, and customer testimonials.
3. Manage the company’s social media accounts, including creating content, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and running targeted advertising campaigns to reach potential customers interested in travel.
4. Collaborate with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other travel-related businesses to develop partnerships and promotional campaigns. This could involve negotiating special discounts or packages for customers of the travel agency.
5. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to promote travel packages, announce special offers, and keep customers informed about new destinations and services.
6. Oversee the company’s website, ensuring that it is up-to-date with the latest travel packages, deals, and destination information. This may involve working with web developers to make updates and improvements.
7. Utilize CRM(Customer Relationship Management) software to manage customer information, track leads, and communicate with clients. This could involve sending personalized travel recommendations, following up on inquiries, and soliciting feedback after trips.
8. Conduct market research to identify trends in the travel industry, understand customer preferences, and monitor competitors. Use this information to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
9. Organize travel-related events such as travel expos, seminars, or webinars to showcase the company's services and attract new customers.
10. Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and evaluating the return on investment of marketing campaigns.
11. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, social media engagement, and booking conversions. Generate reports to analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Qualification :
• At least two year related experience in marketing
• College diploma is minimum education requirement
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and ecommerce strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word / Excel/ PPT)
• Marketing software/platform experience is an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Required in-office presence
Compensation:
• Salary: $32 per hour.
