Education: A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or other discipline related to the service provided is usually required.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as a middle manager in trade, broadcasting or other service are required.
Responsibilities
• Approve and oversee the creation of key departments and senior leadership roles.
• Coordinate activities across regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Set organizational goals and develop or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
• Represent the organization or assign representatives to handle negotiations and official functions.
• Recruit and appoint middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating appropriate authority and fostering a productive work environment.
• Implement financial and administrative controls, design and approve marketing campaigns, and oversee human resources planning.
