Title of the position: Cook - TEER 63200
Number of positions available: one.
Term of employment: 35h to 40h per week – full time – permanent position.
Language: English.
Wage: C$17.00 per hour
Benefits: Extended Benefits once probationary period is complete.

Job Duties
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
- Prepare and cook complete meals to the specifications of the Cannon’s Cross Pub special specifications of the clients.
- Clean kitchen and work area as per daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
- Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Monitor stock and inform kitchen manager about any lack of stock
- Others duties as required
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years experience as a Cook.
- High School Diploma.
- Familiar with industry best practices.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Follow direction and instructions.
