JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the relevant field
•Highly organized, diligent and flexible
•A great sense of responsibility towards the job and tasks is needed
•Intermittent level of expertise in MS-Office Suite and other office software
•Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet changing deadlines
JOB DUTIES
•Effectively maintain and transfer information, files and records to manager/owner
•Document invoices, comply with procedures in handling banking transactions on day to day basis
•Review and respond to correspondence professionally and promptly; Coordinate with reception
•Maintain documents and file paperwork for various projects and clients
•Maintain confidentiality of information at all time
•Track office supply inventory and order supplies
•Ensure protection and security of files and records
•Keep customer and personnel files up to date
•Organize resources for events within the company
•Manage staff schedules, transfer and dispose records according to schedules and policies
