Is seeking three carpenters. Start date as soon as possible.
Salary $30.00 / hour . 35 hours per week. (Full-time, permanent)
Requirements:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Be able to communicate in English (oral and written)
Experience is an asset
Requirements:
Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes
Use measuring tools
Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes
Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems
Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware
Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures
Further requirements:
Accurate, reliable, Ability to work in physically demanding occupation in multiple locations as well as bending, crouching, kneeling in dusty and noisy conditions.
Must also be able to schedule and co-ordinate work on sites.
