Job Duties: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods; Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances; Inspect kitchens and food service areas; Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food; Supervise kitchen staff and helpers: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment; Clean kitchen and work areas.
Work in restaurant setting, fast-pace environment, under pressure.
Employment Requirements:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate; relevant experience of at least one year in Vietnamese cuisine.
Ability to stand for extended periods; Attention to detail; Client focus, Organized; Team player; Reliability; Time management.
Terms of Employment: Full time, permanent, 30-40 hours/week
Wage: $18.00/hour
