Key Responsibilities
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing essential support to internal teams and clients. Your main duties will include:

? Office Management & Coordination
Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files.
Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office-related activities.
? Customer & Client Support
Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients and stakeholders.
Follow up with inquiries to ensure excellent customer engagement and satisfaction.
? Administrative Support
Assist in preparing reports, data entry, and general administrative tasks.
Coordinate with different departments to streamline company operations.
Support company events, meetings, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
? Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
? Experience: 1–2 years of experience in administrative roles.
? Skills & Competencies:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.
