We are a growing construction company based in Belleville, Ontario. We're currently looking to expand our team with skilled, experienced painters. We pride ourselves on having a collaborative and skilled team, and we’re looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our company. This is an excellent opportunity to advance into a high-level professional Painter or even a Supervisor role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces in readiness for painting.
• Surface Repair: Fix cracks and holes to ensure a smooth finish.
• Paint Mixing: Blend paints to achieve the desired color and texture.
• Client Consultation: Provide advice to clients on color schemes and suitable wall coverings.
• Scaffolding Setup: Set up scaffolding, swing stages, and secure rigging as needed.
• Application: Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces.
Requirements:
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required
• Work must be completed at the physical location.
• Experience: minimum 1-2 years of experience Construction or similar field.
• Construction Site Experience: Experience working on a construction site or at heights is an asset.

• Punctuality: Be on time and reliable for all scheduled shifts.
• Communication: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
