Job Duties:
• Handle raw cooking ingredients and make sushi
• Train other staff to advance their cooking skills
• Cook complete Japanese meals from restaurant menu
• Carefully handle sharp sushi knives and use hot cooking oil
• Ensure safe food handling procedures
Job Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school required.
- Min. 1-2 years of commercial cooking experience required.
Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent
Wage: $ 16.00 per hour
Benefit: 5.77% of salary as vacation pay
