Duties and Responsibilities
Gather and document user requirements to design databases that meet operational and business needs.
Design database structures, normalize datasets, and ensure scalability with low redundancy and high performance.
Create, integrate, and implement data models that support real-time sales, inventory, and customer behavior analysis.
Develop and manage centralized databases and interactive dashboards to track system performance, product usage, stock levels, and customer engagement.
Interpret data and generate reports that inform decision-making across marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and customer loyalty programs.
Maintain database performance, integrity, and security across multiple business platforms.
Operate and maintain database management systems to support data mining and real-time analytics.
Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends in sales, customer behaviors, inventory turnover, and system performance.
Qualifications
1. College diploma in computer science, computer engineering, mathematics or related field.
2. At least one year of database analyst experience
3. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
4. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
