Sunrise Freight Systems Inc., located at 11 Sloan Drive, Caledon, Ontario L7C 2B8 is looking for an Administrative Services Coordinator for a permanent full-time position.
Main Duties of the Administrative Services Coordinator- (NOC 13100):
• Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
• Support office team with respond to client inquiries and schedule the requested work in a timely manner
• Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and deadlines are met.
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
• Maintain the physical and electronic records of service orders with effective filing systems
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages.
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as office equipment’s, supplies. Arrange for monthly/annual maintenance and repair of the computers, printers and photocopiers
• Manage policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation,
• Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary control,
• Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
• Provide training and support, as directed by management, for new and existing team members
Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School is required.
Minimum 1 year of experience is required in related field.
Wage:
$34.10/hour, 35 hours/week
