Key Responsibilities
Supervise 5–10 workers and oversee projects
Prepare production and operational reports
Recommend and implement productivity improvements
Resolve work-related issues and offer technical guidance
Coordinate work schedules and activities
Train staff or arrange for training sessions
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage requisition and repair of equipment
Operate signal and track switch control panel
