We are seeking a full-time General construction labourer to join our growing team.
Job Duties:
-Managing the movement, transfer, and placement of landscaping and construction materials.
-Building and dismantling structures including temporary forms, scaffolds, walkways, and barriers to support hardscape and infrastructure installations like retaining walls, irrigation systems, or rooftop gardens.
-Assist and collaborate with operators of heavy machinery.
-Assisting in drilling and excavation activities, particularly in preparing foundations or underground systems for irrigation or stormwater control.
-Keeping materials organized and accessible for ongoing tasks.
-Clearing debris and maintaining site cleanliness.
Requirements:
-Previous construction experience is an asset.
-Completion of High School Diploma (preferred).
-Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively within a team.
-Physical capability to perform demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and working in varying weather conditions.
-Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends.
