Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
* Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
* Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
* Remove bones from meat
* Grind meats
Requirements:
* Completion of secondary school
* Experience as an asset
