Job Duties:
-Develop comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and growth goals, ensuring consistency in visual elements and brand positioning across all marketing platforms.?
-Responsible for conceptualization of marketing campaigns across various channels,
continuously refine marketing strategies based on data-driven feedback and market
dynamics.
-Draft compelling messaging, visuals, and content that resonate with prospective customers, including video, digital, and print, etc.
-Manage digital marketing initiatives such as search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, email marketing, etc.
-Plan and coordinate industry events, trade shows, conferences, and networking opportunities; answer written, oral and email inquiries.
-Analyze marketing and advertising metrics after campaigns to measure and report on the results.
-Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the market.
Job Requirements:
Education:
-A minimum of a college diploma in business marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, museology or equivalent work experience is required.
-A bachelor’s degree would be an asset.
Experience:
-A least one year of marketing experience in business marketing, public relations, or communications.
Skills
-A deep understanding of key marketing metrics such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), return on investment (ROI), conversion rates, and attribution models.
-Fluency in digital and offline marketing strategies, including social media marketing, email marketing, out of home advertising, event, and partnership marketing.
-Strong analytical skills, familiar with analytical tools such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, etc.
-Strong ability to research and understand technical concepts to relay technical information accurately.
-Demonstrates initiative, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to change.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
-Excellent communication skill.
-Strong attention to detail.
