MMJ Hotel Housekeeping and Janitorial Services Inc. is hiring One (1) Office Manager to perform duties including the following:
• Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
• Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
• Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
• Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, contracting and project planning and management processes
• Assist in preparation of operating budget and budgetary controls
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• May supervise records management technicians and related staff.
Terms of Employment:
• Salary: $34.25 per hour; 40 hours per week
• Permanent, Full-Time
• Start date: immediately
Employee Requirements:
• Education: High School or equivalent experience; Completion of a university degree or college diploma in business administration or a related administrative services is an asset but not a condition of employment
• Experience:
o Experience of at least 1 year at a professional level in a senior clerical or executive secretarial position related to office administration
o Able to work in a fast-paced environment
o Strong problem-solving techniques
o Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently
• Language: English
