? Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cook and prepare complete meals and dishes in accordance with the menus
- Prepare special dishes for customers with special dietary needs
- Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
- Supervise and schedule cooks and kitchen staffs
- Create new menu items and recipes
- Ensure that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner
- Manage inventory of stock and order new supplies
- Maintain health and hygiene in the kitchen
- Train cooks in preparation of food
- Clean kitchen and work area
• Education: Academic: Secondary school graduation certificate required
• Language: English
• Experience: 1 year of related cooking experience is required
