The successful candidate will play a key role in managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Languages:
English (Required)
Education:
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1 to 2 years)
Experience:
1 year to less than 2 years in a retail supervisory or management role
Responsibilities:
Direct, plan, and evaluate daily store operations
Manage staff scheduling and assign duties
Determine merchandise and services to be sold
Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Conduct performance reviews and support staff development
Resolve customer issues, complaints, and supply shortages
Monitor inventory and order merchandise as needed
Implement marketing strategies to boost store performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Supervision of 5–10 employees
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
Basic computer literacy
